Hi! I'm Janet, the resident color seer and I'm here to activate you to embody joy and be seen and heard in your authentic self with the magic of color!

COLOR MAGIC FOR WOMAN LEADERS

I can see how much weight you're carrying on your shoulders, and I want to acknowledge how real and heavy that burden is. Self-doubt, exhaustion from people-pleasing, and the struggle to be seen and heard authentically can feel overwhelming, especially when you're always trying to keep it all together. But here’s the thing: cracks in the facade aren’t signs of weakness—they’re signs of humanity. They’re reminders that you’re not a robot but a deeply feeling, complex, and powerful person.

Your community needs that honesty now more than ever. Why? Because people crave authenticity in this culture of social media and AI. They need to see that even the people they look up to have their moments of doubt, exhaustion, and fear. When you allow yourself to be seen as you truly are, flaws and all, you give others permission to do the same. That’s where real connection happens—where real leadership shines.

Think of Brené Brown, a researcher and storyteller known for her work on vulnerability. She shares how, early in her career, she was obsessed with maintaining a perfect image. But it was when she started sharing her struggles, imperfections, and insecurities that her work truly resonated with people. Instead of pushing people away, her honesty drew them in, creating a community of individuals who felt seen and understood. Brené’s vulnerability became her strength, and it can be yours too.

I spent years in the corporate world trying to fit in and be the people-pleasing shapeshifter so people would like me and see and value my expertise. The times I sat in meetings where I was overlooked and dismissed so they could listen to a man who had no idea what he was talking about concerning the department I managed was infuriating and demoralizing. It only pushed me further into hiding.
